Common Issues

AR measurements are not working

Make sure you've granted camera permission in Settings > Handy > Camera. AR works best in well-lit areas with textured surfaces. Try slowly scanning the area before placing measurement points.

Level or Compass seems inaccurate

Sensor tools rely on your device's gyroscope and magnetometer. For the Compass, try calibrating by moving your phone in a figure-8 pattern. For the Level, place your phone on a known flat surface to verify. Magnetic interference from nearby electronics can affect readings.

How do I restore my Pro subscription?

Open Handy, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. If the issue persists, try restarting the app.

How do I delete my data?

All data is stored locally on your device. You can delete individual projects within the app, or deleting the app entirely will remove all Handy data. No server-side data exists to delete.
